Suspending Joint Rule No. 5, relating to consideration of
Senate Bill No. 669, Exempting certain amount in benefits derived from military retirement from personal income tax.
Resolved by the Legislature of West Virginia, two thirds of all the members present and voting in each house agreeing thereto:
That the provisions of Rule No. 5 of the Joint Rules of the Senate and House of Delegates are hereby suspended for the express purpose of consideration of Senate Bill No. 669.
